Firearm Cleaning

Maintenance and care are necessary steps in keeping a firearm in the most safe and reliable operating condition. Cleaning your firearm after each use ensures accuracy and keeps it in good working order. A firearm that is dirty and/or rusty may not operate safely and properly especially when needed the most. Additionally, a firearm that is neglected or not properly maintained can become hard to clean, pitted or even damaged beyond repair.

If you are not comfortable field stripping and cleaning your firearm we can help. We will inspect, field strip, clean and lubricate your firearm. We will function check your firearm using dummy rounds (NO live fire) ensuring that it cycles as designed to. We will also clean all magazines provided and ensure they are also functioning properly.

We also provide personal instruction on field stripping your firearm. Marc will meet with you and go step by step through all aspects of disassembly, cleaning, lubricating and re-assembly of your firearm.

As is always the case, you should first consult your manufacturers manual to become familiar with your firearm.

Cost:

Basic Field Stripping/cleaning $45.00 (Per Pistol). This is the field stripping recommended in your manual.
Basic Field Stripping/cleaning $70.00 (Per Rifle or Shotgun).
Detailed Disassembly and cleaning $60.00 (Per Pistol). This includes the removal of internal components IE; striker assembly, extractor etc;
Personal Instruction: $40.00 an hour.
