MSD Defense also offers Notary Services. We will come to you and assist with your notary needs.
NOTARY FEES:
- For taking the acknowledgement or proof of a deed or other instrument in writing, for registration, including certificate and seal: $10.00 (First signature) $1.00 each additional signature.
- For administering an oath or affirmation with certificate and seal: $10.00.
- For swearing a witness to a deposition, certificate, seal and other business connected with taking the deposition: $10.00.
- For a notarial act not provided for: $10.00.
An additional fee may be charged due to travel distance for service.
