Texas License To Carry 
Shooting Qualification

If you completed the LTC online classroom portion and need to complete the range instruction and shooting qualification we can help.  

Course location: Right to Carey 108 Gateway Hills Lane, Granbury Texas 76049.  Located at Carey and Sons Marine.

Cost: 

• Shooting qualification $30.00 (IF online portion done through us).
• Shooting qualification $40.00 (IF online portion done through another site). 

Dates and times for the shooting portion are typically available Tuesday thru Saturday during normal business hours.  

Sunday and Mondays are also available if needed. 

We do not schedule specific days for the qualification.  We will work with your schedule.   

Items needed:

• Semi-auto handgun or revolver.
• At least one magazine (More is ok).  No speed loaders are needed if using a revolver.
• 50 rounds of full metal jacket (FMJ) factory ammunition.  NO hollow points.
• NO optical enhancers that magnify the target or lasers are permitted.  
• Optics that do not magnify the target ie; red dots, green dots etc. are allowed.
• Long pants (No shorts).
• Sleeved shirt (No tank tops).
• Closed toe shoes/boots.
• Eye and ear protection.  We have some if needed.  Prescription glasses are ok. 
• No holsters are needed for the qualification. 

If you need to warm up before the qualification bring additional ammunition.  

If you do not have a handgun we have several 9mm’s that you can use at no additional charge.  You will need to provide the ammunition.  Ammunition can be purchased at the gun store during normal business hours.
